My broker is Capital Trust and I need to get MetaStock.... what should I do. I am fedup with DFN.

I am oversease and neither my advicer nor their inquiries email is responding since one week.

Can any one tell me if Capital trust is involved with the market crooks.? you may respond to this in a subtle way.

are you trading on your own or trading is carried out by your advisor ?

metastock is a charting software, i too use dfn but dont have issues with it....with metastock you need to buy the datafeed....to do the charting....

please state your requirement.....so some one from the forum will help you... Wink

I use DFN TWS from Asiacapital. Its good. Earlier the same software given by Richard Peiris had problems. I am not aware of Capital Trust. I think the software is good but its handlers make it useless at times. I am not aware of Metastock.

can DFN run scans for preset or user defined stratergies for buy/sell signals for the whole market?
Can DFN test preset or user defined stratergies for the historical data to see what results they have produced on each stock.

because each stock has a character by itself. some respond well to one stratergy while failing miscerably on another. I need to see what stratergiers are amanable to each stock. Eg: COMBx responds positively to candlesticks , MACD , CMF buy /sell signals 90% of the time while SAMP gives <50% positive results to the same indicators. so differant stocks needs stratergies comprising differant indicators to give profitable buy/sell signals.

CAN I DO THIS IN DFN?
