Malwatte valley plantation is still being traded at a low PER and NBV. There may be some justifications like
- Plantation is unpredictable sector,
- With in short period of time the whole sector can change,
- NAV mainly come from large timber stocks they have got " ,
According to me the current price is attractive so i would like to know experts comments on MAL.N and MAL.X

Yes malawatte valley they will make 1.50 EPS for last nine month including next quarter. i think MAL passing 10 rupees. wait for two moth then after we can sale our shares. you can earn 150% profit from this.

They are very much balanced in Tea/Rubber/Coconut and Tea Export Business And they are diversifying into hotel sector by building a new hotel in Maldives. In the past too when other companies in sector was performing bad this company was able to record profits. for sure holders of this equity will soon have good rewards. In short term this stock price will pass Rs. 12 levels.
