Capital TRUST Technical Analytical Outlook 05th October 2012

Despite the expectation of good news next week selling continued bringing the ASI and MPI down further. Yesterdays selling triggered sell signals on ASI and MPI daily charts but the BUY signals on Weekly and monthly charts are still very much intact. We expect the market to appreciate significantly from coming Tuesday. Therefore now is the time for bargain hunters to grab all the undervalued shares in the market which are like to move up significantly.
With inflation easing in the strength of the falling dollar and the treasury bills yields dropping continuously for 03 weeks in fluctuation on the expectation of an easing in policy rates in the near future. The economic outlook is turning optimistic. These factors and the neutral RSI prevailing would provide sufficient momentum for the market to picks up.
Yesterday falls in the indices brought the RSI’s of ASI and MPI’s down to a neutral 64 and 60.

Heard that, brokers willing to propose 10 times credit base on portfolio to sec during coming Tuesdays meeting. They are expecting somewhat further relax in credit rules even though sec will not agree for 10 times credit.
I don’t think, it will beneficial to marker other than manipulators. On the other hand broker can earn more & more by charging high interest rates on credit. Doubtful whether some set of peoples want to down the market artificially (after it hit 6000 level) to pass a massage to sec meeting as part of manipulation plan.

They do everything according to the plan. we didn't see strong pull back in the month end,as we expected.but started 1st week. i don't know their next target levels.But 6000 is still achievable target in coming days

good strategy specially crap share like CITK. You will get another chance for CITK in coming days,if you have patience.

Some fools consider CITK as a long term investment.

Seriously this gentl3men should keep quiet if he is unsure or say it is an opinion.

The way he states things, he sounds like he is so sure it will happen . But most times it does come true nowadays. Nobody is going to believe if one goes to extreme and then the prediction doesn't come true.

Heard someone discuss there is force selling in his Brokering firm ( not sure) . Is that why he says things like this ( which did not come true yet) as he knows? ELse how does he know? hmm...

This TA must do politics with ruling clan instead of sitting in a very important position with CT stockbrokers. All the way down the market since 2011 he was positive of a reversal and never saw market will bottom out. As per his predictions CSE is a rocket heading to another galaxy.

Considering his predictions many clients who deals with CT might have lost a lot, Sadly me too one of them. If someone holds a technical adviser position anywhere he should be able to identify upward trend and downward trend before it happens or at least when it's happening at early stages. Also he should not look at the market with BLUE,GREEN, or Red colored glasses.

Wonder if the bosses at CT too takes his advices seriously, If so those guys must be in deep red territory.
