All shares need to perform well. Fundamentally speaking, all sectors will have to show a trend for the market to improve.

Market is slightly up and flat. it can pick up. Yes, only a selected group of stocks go up now.

Do you mean even financially weak companies, which has less growth should go up as fundamentally strong companies? .Unfortunately fundamentally strong companies don't go up these days. SING, ASPH bla bla going up.

By looking at past few weeks buying pattern, I believe CIC will soon start the rally. CIC X is one of the highly undervalued shares. It is already well diversified and can expect more diversification to many profitable areas of business. We have to understand that fundamentally sound companies like CIC will not go up/down suddenly. It will go up with valid reason to go up and not act like speculative shares. Only thing you have to have is patience.
