Religion doesn't really matter. I just found it a bit strange ...... he is the trustee of a lot of temples

However as of lately his share picking ability has been waning. Is it the son who has taken over Dollar Corp or is he relying on Capital Trust to much?

Anyway, why ATL???

I remember how he picked HOPL around Rs 30 and before it ran to Rs 90+ in a few months.

He has picked quite a few. Among the best being SEYB, Lanka Hospitals.
Interesting to see if he ever took a stake in Chicken stocks Wink

Friend if am not mistaken Asha also handle his considerable portfolio along with other brokers,

Also i feel for him the amount he invested in ATL or TFC is nothing to him!!!

He did lose a lot on Vanik though..... but so did the Ceybank Unit Trust

I think ATL has made profits for the first time since they got listed...... maybe thats why he has purchased more shares in ATL.... the profits for the group is Rs 98million... pretty good.... since the previous year the loss was Rs49million

Yes but it's not easy for him to exit his large position. The brokers always leak info on who the seller is.
