Yes 7.00/= would be reasonable, but if the first trading period will be a really bullish time, (about week after new year) and because of the momentum it may pass even 8/=

Many of retailers got almost full allotment for FLCH. It may make some selling at the starting day... but don't forget now lot of retailers experienced well on IPOs so just wait for the correct time.
Lot of investors will be entering back to the market after long holiday..It may exceed even 8/= just like PAP percentage..

So we'l see ne... Smile

Ur in my view it seems.. Looking at the company FLCH is a diversified holding, they are into Plantations, leisure & property development sectors, Hydropower, Green Tea Manufacturing, etc..

97% to the total group revenue as at end of 31st December 2010 was from Tea & Rubber contributing from Pussellawa & Mathurata plantations. So their main arm is TEA+RUBBER..

Further more they've ventured into mini hydro power sector through CSE listed Hydro Power Free Lanka PLC (HPFL) which is only a 2% contribution to the group revenue but they currently in the process of adding four more mini hydro power plants with an aggregate of 5.37 MW of power to the national grid by April 2012.

Also a PP has been announced for 4.70 on pre IPO era, but I think the investors will have to keep the shares locked in for a year before selling in due to new SEC rules..

So I'd say this is fairly a good company to hold on to on mid to long-term basis and a price range of 8-10 could be in cards if you dont sell immediately..

I'd even buy back below 6 and avg for a good return..

We predicted Hydro power Free Lanka at Rs. 15 and it came as it is…

LGL will come at Rs. 40 and Rs, 25 prices but its came around 26 and 17 and passed the predicted price after two months...

PAP, IPO price was Rs.3, but first day it sold around 3.70 and past Rs.5 after few days…

Unexpectedly Singer finance came at Rs.45, Three times of the IPO share prize…

And Union Bank, we thought it starts at 60, but came at 45 and suddenly went down around 35 because more percentage of shares came out of the IPO quantity…

Senkadagala Finance came without IPO and is still worthless…

By these facts all the time we added a new experience unexpectedly… Most experiences can’t correct by lessons learned because all had something new and unique…

All the predictions are given in some reasons. So now we have an idea about the price. In my case it’s better to keep in touch in the morning 9.30 -10... Wait and watch how market is going. Then enter at the best price…

This is my experience and please verify if anything wrong given in the above… Smile

Thnx…
