**They (TWOD) will pump 12M USD to CIFL or not? is it only fake promise?

**When we see the Order book lot of selling pressure in all price level.. so is it fake selling pressure to drop the price or not??
Is it worth to buy @ 2.40 / 2.50 level ???
Note:- Personally I feel this is highly speculative shares So good to buy at this level..But still I am very scared why this Big seller couldn't find the buyer for their stake... any how why CIFL still gave the hope to their investors and shareholders by these 12M USD stories...
