Yes why is the need to advertise your buy here? You can place a buy order and try to see if it fills.

Amaya leisure, Browns beach and Peagus share prices look better than Fotress to me, But advantages of buying Fotress is mainly as both trading and investment purposes. Highly unpredictable share in the sector

100K? or 10K?

If you willing to buy @ 15.5, better spread it 5 x 10K within 15-15.5 range then increase depends on the Share moment Cool

Sahan,

If you look at Hotel values for shares around Rs 35.

STAF : Eps around 5.0-6. NAV around 30
RPBH: Eps around 1.5-1.75 NAV 30.
EDEN : Eps around Rs 3.5 NAV 30.

Dividend wise STAF will pay considerably higher. So comparatively STAF is worth more.

However STAF icnreased about 20$ from bottom now.

Hmm,I think better consider fundamentals and dividend yield in a bear or dull market. In a bull market probability of bottomed out shares going up is high.I mentioned above shares thinking on this fact.

It depends on how long you plan to hold.

But if you study price history and share interest you will note different things.

Right now ( in this enviorment) anyshare has the potential to go up as market wide interest is gaining little by little.

U guys wont get a reply from this Kiwi.. heh.. The post was made to show some interest in this share. It was in 14s and now in 16s.. If it doesn't pass 16.20 today, it can very well come down..

This is a new way of promoting one's shares Twisted Evil
