Ruwan, you know nothing just interfering my things.

You better not to use always that I am wisdom 78 i am wisdom79 and you may have used that wisdom78.

I am not a thief. I said to buy when ALHP was at 1.00 and even now it is above 1.20, any one can sell off f they buy at 1.00.

What are you talking after knowing and discussing all, I decided to buy ALHP and I said I do not want to sell off mine and I want to enter the top 20 list of ALHP.

So i am not going to sell mine until company have a better profit. Now they have money and SOMAP is not a loss company and they can manage ALHP and they susely make ALHP a profitable company.

ALHP has many lands and much property, specially lands. They have a value.

If you buy any company but ALHP, they all have come down but ALHP is moving up.

If any one hope to invest, ALHP is the best now to buy and HOLD. YOU will never buy ALHP at 1.20 from tomorrow.

Be positive.

I am really happy now!!!!

ALHP is differs from other shares because they have lands and day by day lands are going up. SO no need to worry on time of the money you have invested.

SOmap is not a small company and they have another hotels too.

They must make ALHP a profitable one if not they have to get huge losses in vain.

Panday have keen knowledge on business.

So they will not interfere to make their hands burn.

Understand the value and invest wisely.

Now you can sell ALHP at 1.30, if not hold on a period of time.

You will get a better profit.

ECONOMYNEXT – Singapore’s SOMAP International Pte Ltd. is to pump in funds to revive Sri Lanka’s loss-making Anilana Hotels & Properties, which was transferred to the stock exchange’s watch list after auditors gave a qualified opinion on its accounts.

Anilana Hotels said in a stock exchange filing its controlling shareholder Somap has given a written undertaking to support it financially and will infuse more capital to turn it around within three months.

The company is also repaying outstanding loans to reduce interest costs and operational costs, the statement said.

Anilana Hotels & Properties was transferred to the Colombo stock exchange’s watch list on December 14 after auditors Amarasekera & Company gave a qualified opinion on its annual report for 2017-18.

The stock last traded at 1.10 rupees.

Anilana Hotels & Properties also said it was in the process of appointing two independent directors to comply with the stock exchange listing rules.

The company and group have run up accumulated losses of 2.78 billion rupees and 2.28 billion rupees, with current liabilities exceeding total assets by 890 million rupees and one billion rupees, the auditors said.

They said there was uncertainty over the company’s and group’s ability to continue as a going concern.

Anilana Hotels & Properties said the losses were mainly due to finance costs incurred by the group arising from related party borrowings and company borrowings together with the impairment of assets.

ALHP is not a bad company. Never forget that they have settle most of their debts at this level. So better to hold on but you will never have to get a loss in future.

Somap is ready to help whenever ALHP needs money. Panic sellers are selling.

I emphasized that ALHP has many lands and they will have a good future and value too.

So you better to invest on ALHP and wait until they finish their Right issue.

I am still holding ALHP and I have invested even AIA at 180, and AAIC at 22, and jins at 9. I have a good profit.

So better to wait for your term.

with the Right issue. ALHP will stay a few months.

Whatever you can see they have good profit in their report. So be positive.

It came down because of the RIght issue.

Now they can manage any matter as they are strong with SOMAP.

Be positive!!!!!!!!

ANILANA intents to handle the company without the heavy of debts. SO they have decided to make the company profitable. We have to hold on the shares until next report comes out.

Still I am holding mine.

Its incredible, day by day Scraps are running . The no 1 scrap in the CSE, ALHP is on manipulators hand. In certain stages ALHP made huge losses to investors . During the IPO so many retailers were in the trap, after that sevaral right issues made retailers losses. Anilana hotel and property got so many court orders due to non settle of liabilities. So be careful if hold this share. Dont get in to manipulators hand.
