I guess there is a not a special reason. But big quantity traded @ 30. Do anyone know somethig?

What the hell is this

This company is performing very well And NAV is 33.
This is still trading below 40..........Since our investors are crazy.

k. Atapattu knows the real value of this share. earlier also he purchased 1.0mn shares above Rs 35 levels price I guess. sometimes he may be averaging his quantity or further increasing his holding.

K. Atapattu is in ship repairing business and now through subsidiary KAPI is doing that. But what is more important is they can do under water ship repairs it seems. but I don't that this facility is available with DOCK. They are doing repairing without water in the dock.

If somebody purchased this amount that means he has a very good idea of where this company is heading. This is now well diversified engineering company.

There last Q results shows more than 200% increase in bottom line profits. path is open to be one of best engineering firms in the country. if it happens just think about the share price of the company?//

I also guess Mr.K.C.Athapaththu was the seller. Just over 1 million @ 30. Why he was in selling side? If KAPI doing well why he disposed shares? As my remember some week ago it ran to 32 range in one day with thier good financial results but it was came down. In this time buying was strong. Anyway my thought is other than trading purpose dont touch this. If you willing to take risk get involve in KAPI. You may have difference thoughts.

I got some information about KAPI . Seller was the above named stockholder and Lanka securities was the buying side.

If not top holder then it has to be Mr Attapttu.( they only have 1 mil volume). If so quite peculiar why he want to sell at this stage his complete holdings.
