I am confused regarding this. Were they undecided about the amount they required, was the response poor and the second tranche not subscribed or was the option just a ruse to draw in more investors so that at least, the first tranche was fully subscribed ?

So it opened on June 12th, they never said how much the orderbook was on the first day. My hunch is it bombed, they got money in from people they had already lined up and decided not to go for the second tranche. Realistically, who is going to invest in a company that is based on future plans and a newly revalued land bank? You have to go to private investors, the public equity market is for mature companies. This is essentially a start up.

I believe this IPO is not successful as they expected........
so b4 it failed...to reach 960 million....
they stopped at 480million.....
otherwise what are the reason to stop...???

option: do they want to go for another 40million shares issue @30/- in few years?????

option: they expected to invest by them self and later decided to not to invest so reduced and stop.... IPO...

option: or what????

This is a director board who can't make up their minds, or more likely, would play with with minority investors.

Joke of the day. First they came up with the “option to increase the issue “. I haven’t heard of it before except for debentures and I do not understand how it came for equity. What are the implications of such an option? Is it for them to play around with the issue closure? Get away with the risk of being undersubscribed? (so that they can always claim full subscription when apparently its undersubscribed?) How does underwriting affect such an issue?

And the biggest joke is what kind of Board does this company have to change their mind to reopen the issue after closure? If its fully subscribed as it says, how come the issue is still allowed to be open? What’s CSE/SEC doing publishing these ridiculous announcements letting the company claim the issue is fully subscribed and yet allowing them keep it open ? is this “option” some kind of joke? Apparently they have a very sympathetic Board who feel greatly for those who lost the golden opportunity to invest in a hoax?

Does anyone have any knowledge if the pasikudah hotel is operating ? and if so what is the current level of operations ? I must say that the hotel look nice in pictures.

first of all the first announcement saying the issue closed is mis communication between registrar and board.there is amend statement publish in CSE web site.

and still investors and funds were sending application.so issue is open still. probably Monday or Tuesday they close it,
