Last few years CLPL- Highly collected by GREG.

GREG holding details
date----------No of shares held-----%
31/03/2011 ====18,116,902======72.47%
31/03/2012=====29,471,753======86.09%
31/03/2013=====31,284,589======91.39%

Today may be more than 93% bcos from 1st of april 2013 to todate 594 331 shares traded .. may be they collect more

Still they try to collect more silently.. I feel it is good sign for their Warrants as well.. But warrants price going down. the reason Warrant nothing worth it today compare with its exercise price level.. if it is go up (CLPL.N)... more than 120/= then worth it...

I have some W13  and W14 (not much... cost more than 4.30) any one thinking I will loose again like CSF...!!!

one can argue!
Greg collecting CLPL.N arround 70-80 range...
to avoid the lost they are currently having due to holding warrant of CLPL.W3 & W6....
coz they get CLPL.N arround 80 instead of 120-140 at the conversion of the warrant.

on the other way when the almost all of the CLPL.N is collected by greg.n then there is no shares of CLPL.N in market to trade then price may go high ARTIFICIALLY or as GENUINE value for the shares...... close to warrant conversion rate.....

if so warrant conversion maybe successful but after after conversion ...????
all these are scenarios.... lets see...
GL!

There's no material change in GREG's holding of CLPL since 31 December 2012.
You can see that from the above financial records. So what this means is that they have not collected but stick to what they have.

Public holding as of 31-03-13 is just 8.6% or just 2.94 Mil shares. But in warrants its 6.59 Mil.

CLPL- Highly collected by GREG from 2011 - 2012 Clpl10

Warrants are a play, I'd say.. Collect at a very low level at least its a Rs.1/- play. But its a betting game..

Mark I know you sold and worried when it going up to 5/= ... now what price level you collect again? is it ok to buy and average W13 @ 2.60 or 2.70 level,,,,

yesterday CLPL.N up by 14/= nearly 10000 traded ....

any_how I feel they planed to success the warrant or they muct push up then off load their warrant in the market.. So it will (may ) happen "CLPL will touch 120/= or more very soon"

Jana that's absurd thinking.. U think in such terms cuz u wanna imprint a good feeling of this in ur mind..

As I said, for some ppl, its a 1 rupee play.. They buy few thousands and unload with a small profit Wink

But if GREG has collected more, they should announce and they wont be keeping it hidden for 2-3 months rite? 593K is retail play..

I.e. If a person start clearing the lots from low level, say 2.6.. Wit small quantities even he/she can bring the share up to 3.50 level with a very less qty even.. Then when others joing, the same person can unload..
