Expanding conglomerate always dominate the market other than the banking & finance sector which is slowing down in current phase. It is still curious why other counters are not much attracted & contributed to turnover & trade volume though they have been fairly performing in the past. It is evident locals participation in the market is much needed to promote the other counters as mid to long term investment terms. Quick disposal for little gains keep the market volatile & slow down as panic movement is exposed at all the time.

As i always highlighted JKH has ,pre than 28b as short term investments. Ans their 5b property development 7th Sense also will generate cash.

New Project
The total Project is 650m ( Rs 84.5 B) So if JKH contributes 50% It is around 42b.
They give a land as well So for 50% will be around 30b.

But i dont think they are crazy enough to go for a 30B project.

It will be around 10-15 B maximum.
Who knows ...................They will announce.

This deal show how big JKH and why foreigners pay a premium as usual And this conglomerate will pass 100b Rev. in near future ?
