When a company with Net Assets of 28 is trading at 10, even if it increases by a small amount its fine! Its an under-valued share and it should be trading at 13

Yes CSD is trading at low NAV but many shares in the Land sector are trading at low NAVs. Can you find another Landsector share with similarNAV but better earnings and dividends.

Yes I do think its a relatively good share - its NBV is still one of the lowest even in that sector - Im not saying its worth 28! I think it ll move to 13 - thats all

Because it touched almost 13 before the market slowed down few weeks ago - also technical analysis - and if you come up with a formula which combines P/E and PBV, it shows that it should be around 13
This is just my opinion - everyone should do research prior to purchasing any share
