my feeling
When we moved close to right issue dates, people will starts selling JKH for cash
Institutional may not want to buy unless its pretty close to 175/-

I think price should come down
Its 23 billion initially, huge amount of money
will help stabilizing LKR too

My target price is 150 for JKH.. may come down further because most retailers do not have money to grab rights at 175..

i am thinking we may get another opportunity to buy @ 200 levels ....200 psychological price, and may not fall below....but i still prefer if it comes down 160-170 Smile

Me too love to grab JKH @ 175 or 150..
But in reality i dont think JKH falls under 200. break even will be at 212.
it doesnt necessarily implied JKH may not fall under 212, there might be ups and highs though..

what i could see, positive in JKH and money draw from some other stocks. This will results money outflow of several other shares and they might hit bottoms... Just what i think.

I'm also positive with JKH and believe they wouldn't mess up a right issue. I also saw someone saying that maybe this right issue was to satisfy medium size holders who didn't want to be left out, because of a private placement.

Apart from this been a huge right issue, I feel it's a good one, when you look at the returns it offers, for the investor. Went it came down to Rs205 - 210, it was a good opportunity to get in.

I also feel that investors will sell other holdings to raise capital to invest in this right issue, if they already don't have the capital. nobody would let their right just expire. I wouldn't be surprise even if the investors do it to collect more of the voting share. Watch out those crap shares, would this be a opportunity to recover those losses?

JKH may not touch Rs 205 again, it was panic selling at that time, without really looking at the big picture.

Two factors are pulling the CSE down as :
- Weaker LKR
- JKH Rights issue
Having only a very few large cap entities like JKH, is a huge disadvantage for CSE as it will dictate the whole market mercilessly. To raise such an amount, JKH has chosen a hell of a time as this thing catalyses the down trend further .. Rights are becoming big businesses for PLCs these days .. For me, equities like JKH has got a poor dividend policy and endlessly expanding as we finance their dream to conquer economically ..
