Seem to be the issues are much greater than we know and disclosed.

I think SEC must charge the directors for insider trading and misleading all stakeholders.

As per 30.06.2013 Interim Maloney having 10 Mn of TWOD.
After that he sold his total 10 Mn. (Refer CSE Announcement under TWOD Page - You can see 02 announcements for Totally Sharp 10 Mn).
As at now his holding is Zero.

NOP this may be the story

CIFL having 2+ net assets per share and if company does not pay previous due interests this will go up may be to Rs. 4.00.

SO there is a clear chance to issue new shares above Rs 1.50 per share.

I dont know what will happen and any crap has a mkt value ne......
