Yes, my broker told me Chinese Bank has send letter of intention to buy SeyB right shares.

Any body else heard that…..

There may be a high posibility..! considering the past events.

SEYB made an announcement to CSE on 1st march 2011 regarding the Board decision to go for a right Issue, and on the same announcement they stated all info will be submitted to the share holders withing 7 market days from the date of announcement .

And then the details was delayed for a long time..

Before the announcement the SEYB n was trading around 90/- levels & X @ 47/- ~ 48/- levels, with the announcement of the right issue the market prices fell down .

So I thnik there is some thing that we do not know ..!

Then why Seylan Bnak is hiding informations from their most trusted shareholders !

I repeat :-

Why did they allow this to happen to share holders. Do they treat us as most trusted share holders ? . I have my doubts.
