small,
i dont think CITW can start operations in 2013. I went & saw the construction site. May be mid of next year they would be able to complete the constructions.

Thanks Chamith.

On a serious note, I was just thinkin..
We're paying big sums for just destroyed hotels in CSE, to buy loss making companies with no apparent strategy to profitability.. Buy loss making penny stocks in appreciation of 0.20-30 or 1 or 2 rupee
Why not pay less now and own few 1000s of these to be built hotels (just for the land value) as the value appreciates when hotels come to operations, its just a matter of 1-2 years rite??

spot on bro...
When i buy shares I give the primary focus on to the investments the company has made / going to make & the track record of the management.

I think it is all about timing in investing when it comes to these shares(ongoing hotel constructions such as CITW,CITK,BBH ETC).If you enter in the wrong time, you may loose money or will have to hold it for very long time without a return.
I got information from an internal source that BBH opening may delay to mid 2014 from its scheduled openinig period of begining of 2014. Eventhough this is a good share, I d rather wait for few months to buy this share..

My broker told me that there is a land dispute in CITW or CITK, therefore i hesitated to buy these shares. Please clarify me if i m wrong......

I feel among the all above, Reef.W can give u very good profit in short term- say in two three days considering the last week trading.

How ever there can be so many rounds for CITK and CITW play to with.( I already did profitably for two times now) . Any way belive rs. 6 (current level) is a very good price to collect. Im waiting to unload around 7.50 to 8 in comming weeks.

CITK and REEF will have a run with the opening of new shoping mall attach to liberty very soon in addition to the possible pick-up with the opening of CITW next year.

I hold Reef.W, CITK & CITW where as try to collect more in small chunks.alien

Hmmm.. when I sell, I expect the person who buys from me too will have some profit so he's not losing.

Ppl who sell stocks for 0.50 - 1.00 rupee profit are the lousiest ones sometimes.. Sometimes they'll miss big manipulations sometimes they'll gain by doing so.. Cant blame ne..

I often found that the ppl who come here and tell others that they're selling are the ones who missed the boat. They hope to bring the price down for them to collect thinking that everyone will start selling and they can buy when the selling is over Twisted Evil

Of course if many think that 1 rupee profit is enuf, they'd start dumping sending the warrant to 1.50s again rabbit

Obviously, it creates a another chance for the guys who eye on this to buy more cheap..

I think in that case better to look at CLND than the REEF family.. REEF has no connection to the building being setup next to Liberty Plaza.

Remember...As much as frustrating for so many people, the mature stock markets are unpredictable and uncontrollable. But here the situation is different a little cuz few top players can move the market with their money.. However, the stock market just like everything else, runs on cycles. According to the information in latest AR, CITW will start operation in April 2014.
They have temporarily hold the construction of CITK and looking for different options. The chairman has given an idea about a 'Mixed Development' with a foreign partner. Anyway, they are planning to start CITK in next year.

During last one and half year I was collecting REEF.W19 at different price levels. I sold part of them to book profits and in some situations to cut losses early. Now the collections is over. more than 50% of current lot was collected between 1.30 to 1.90.

I've actually forgotten CLND and CITK are connected..

In fact I see CLND about 7 rupees up from 38 now..
On charts CITK & CITW gave a buy signal below 6, on MA based crossovers, these are still a buy.. But we cannot say 4 sure.

CITK - out of 4 MA crossover buys 2 were successful, we're in the 5th one now.
CITW - out of 3 MA crossover buys 2 were successful, we're in the 4th one now.

CLND - 90% of past MA crossovers with MACD crossovers have been successful. Around 38 another MACD crossover was seen and MA crossover yet to be completed.
