Main question is who is buying TB?

Seems to be forcefully the interest rate were pushed down last 3 - 4 months for reason beyond our discussion.

See the following news.

Funds are going to debentures. I think in this year companies raised about Rs.100 billion worth of funds via debentures and some more to take place before 31st Dec.

If 10% tax concession ended by 31st Dec. 2013, after that things will get much better.

If those companies can not pay back interest+ capital, who is responsible? Will any default affect the share prices ?

I find it strange that nobody in the forum seems to be sure, if the tax breaks end this month or not. This is vital info.
