Hi,

Can someone please post all the companies that will be required to comply. If possible an analysis of the possible outcome on share price/ possible course of action by the respective companies will be greatly appreciated by all forum members.

In my Stock watch list
COMD, EQIT , CLPL are trading under NAV and those are hold more than 90% of shares by the company. and if they want to delist then they will offer at least their revalued NAV value So I am happy to keep this stocks.

any how COMD annual report says its NAV more than 120/=** this time (**assume from every year end EPS)

and COMB definitely try to do some thing with this (SPlits Rights Bonus(CR)..or mandatory Offer) But they don't want to delist so it is good from my stocks..
