Greetings good people,

i did not use the term CIFL in the topic as it may make some feel that I'm promoting the company. so the thing is this. I'm dealing with few individuals who are interested in this company and bringing it back. right now this is just an idea no formal steps are taken. If someone has any knowledge about the company please be kind enough to share it here.

most importantly, i need to know exactly what happened to this company, whether it was clean and clear fraud, who and what he actually did,whether it was an unavoidable situation made by weak management, whether the company is still operating , how many employees are currently in operations if so. and exactly how much debt is there to be paid (delayed payments ,Please be kind enough to help us with this matter and dear admins we need your support also.. have a good day.. cheers!!

I can give you basics of the situation by looking at the books.
I have no access to information regarding mishandling of funds or frauds hence cannot cover that part.

CIFL is a finance company , the core business is giving loans using depositors money.
Roughly , the difference of interest rates is the profit.

The main problem they face at the moment is that they have to pay interest for 3.4 billion rupees to depositors or lenders. (General public and institutes)

But, they have only about 1 billion rupees to generate interest by giving loans or by using in leasing business.

They have invested over 2 billion in real estate projects . that is approx. 3 times of their stated cap. Non performing real estate assets are their main burden at the moment.

Hence, if your clients have around 1.5 billion to 2 billion Rupees to inject, you can easily make this steady and strong. That is 2-3 times of the stated capital !
