Hi All,

We had wonderful days and now it is going to be flat and down. There are few shares that I/WE couldn't exit. If you are a good investor their should be at least one red counter in your PF. I hope even Warren Buffet have it LOL.

It doesn't matter how many red counters you are holding, the matter is holding and waiting for next pick up time. Retail's panic selling not started yet. But if it start yes we will have a another September 2013 or worst than that. Greedy buggers game started. They will do what they want until they collected enough. Then they will kick that off.

If your buy a share just think 10 times before you buy, and never sell it for loss. Then these greedy buggers couldn't drag the market down.

Yes machan, if you are new to the market you better choose 2-3 shares and check them daily. how their trades happen and how big. Then you can get a rough idea when to buy. In the current market condition what I feel is there will be some red days. But don't forget there are some company which didnt run previous Bull run.

Is your purchase average in the 80s? Wait till JKH selling settles.

In this case, buying some warrant to average ( once JKH settles and give up signal) might not be bad idea as they have value ( unlike other warrant which are worthless at this time)

CSE is not an exception to that matter. I think this happens in other markets as well. Nothing like holding power and patience. In my case whole portfolio is red. But I wait because I know the situation is temporary and market will bounce back. Green for you to sell and red is for you to buy ( may not be always the case). This is a testing time of holding power of retailers. All in all this is a psychological operation.

Present situation is mainly due to physiological factors

JKH family is not a wrong decision. if you can just average it little by little.

Even to day morning CBSL Governor said over SLBC we have sufficient foreign exchange Expots gone up.All economic indicators ok

So nothing to worry about foreign sales

But stock market do not confirm what he says during last two years

WHY?

When they have POWER they don't have BRAIN...

is it same for most or some of us......like

When we have CASH it is not the time to BUY...
When it is the time to BUY we don't have the CASH...

for me at the moment green counters are ALuf, Blue x and lioc all others marginal declines ghll, shl, TFIL. I was thinking of adding a few more new counters disposing of some of my holding in the above. all depends on next week. Out of my PF LIOC great results , TFIL small but packing a punch, ALUF out of default board but struggling. Blue reduced losses marginally highly speculative and wild rumours order of the day. SHL and GHLL awaiting results Smile

I had the same question mate, but luckily I have partner to help me. But sometimes we both have to face this issue. There are some shares that didnt perform last bull try to keep ur eyes on that. I can't post them here then it will be a promotion. You should have a good understanding about price level to decide the buy time. Ex : I bought CABO @89 it went 124 in the last bull run. I couldn't sell because I was busy that period. even now 115 easily sell.

Yeah! I too remembered!
CABO, was struggling 89 -90 range for some days, though i noticed
was not wise to jump to it Sad

and it was jump to 120s just for an hour and in the same day it dropped back 110s.
and further i saw the last result of CABO is good...am i correct?
So I am happy about your decision MATE!

I hope u r not in bad position AP!
If u exit from LIOC what is your next entry....
I like to compare with in..... in order to say stay in LIOC further..
as my inner thoughts says that......LIOC could be baby of LLUB in time to come...

so do think and take BEST decision..... GL!
TFIL and SHL.... seems to be good to hold though your average could be high...
but it you are thinking to exit from these counters.... to buy the same at low..then different story!

which one is good when we compare GHLL and SERV..????? in long term??

Any idea about the blue change of shares after 01.01.2014 to date, from 01.10.2013 to 31.12.2013, there was a change as per the interim results but no announcement so far!!!

Kddnd well not really in a bad position since I can hold but all depends on how much more the market will drop.. I know Lioc will be good to hold but I'm on profit so was thinking of selling LIOC and buying something else and maybe entering LIOC again. not decided as the market is sluggish. Gaja no idea what's going with Blue to be honoust. key players have sold out and resignations have taken place, lots of rumours going around, so no idea really .
