CLPL 8.61% Hold by Public, So it should be in Minimum float rule!

Then They need to satisfied before end of this year. otherwise need to DELIST

So if they Delist this company before end of this year then What will happend to W14 ??
Or
if they don't want to delist then... they easily increase their public float by successfully execute CLPL.W13 .(Cut of Date 04-08-2014)

If they want to Successfully execute then they need to push up CLPL.N at least to 120/=
If it is happen then W13 will get Value at least 2/= ( may be trading value 3/= or 4/=)
Then what do you think guys to buy CLPL.W13 @ 0.30Cts or 0.40Cts or 0.50Ctsits really good value

W13 and W14 only 25 Mn Warrants issued ... it is not huge amount so may be they try to push up CLPL . N and dumb W13 and W14 easy.

Very Happy  is it possible imagination ?? Very Happy  or just Day dream  Shocked Shocked

it is possible jana!

when we see the past CLPL also speculative shares, its high more than 200/= CLPL hold by GREG, GREG hold by taprobane holding. I couldn't say about taprobane company. They fail to execute GREG.W3

but may be they can try GREG.W6 push up by CLPL. if it is true then CLPL warrants need to go up.

what ever happen CLPL need to do some thing to exit from this minimum float trap.

So CLPL also good @ this price range. time will answer this

last time when the foreign investor asked BOD, they agreed and bought at around 90s. only 150mn worth shares as i remember. But i dont think they delist sooner. May be after w13 expire.

yes CLPL , they don't like to delist but they will satisfied the minimum float rule by execute the W13 and w14,

I expect they push up CLPL.N and they dispose their W13 and W14 to the market. but if they want to dispose they need to keep their CLPL.N value more than 140/= level

They will,
