Union Assurance
Union Assurance PLC announces that the Company will commence the process to divest its general Insurance business to a wholly owned subsidiary. The proposed new company, Union Assurance General (Private) Limited will later be listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange as required by the Insurance Board of Sri Lanka. The Non-Voting, Non-Cumulative, Non-Redeemable, Preference Shares will be granted a listing on or before the 3rd market day upon receipt of the Declaration from the Company.
