Supply is negative as Middle East major oil supply nations crisis, and demand is positive with US and China economic recovery. The demand and supply not working properly due to turbulence. Iam not sure how much this has started to have an impact, becoz after a superb first 3 quarter results the profit started to drop in 4th Qtr

First 3 Qtr results EPS were on average Rs.2.50.But 4th qtr dropped by almost half. This is due to dropping GP margins Q2Q

Gross Profit margins for each qtr respectively are 13%,11%,9% and 7%. It is very clear the GP margin is comming down. If LIOC has to show a good profit it has to perform with above 10% GP margin. the stocks valuation plays a major role in this.We have to wiat for the annual report for further analysis

If this drop is due to the ME crisis, then we have to wait for some good news as there are lot of regional politics and international politics involved from the oil region
