Fair Value of GSF?

According to the announcement today, CBSL valuation for GSF is Rs.500 Mn.

Which means each share is worth Rs.22/-.

NAV per share = Rs.14.89 and EPS for 2013/14 Rs.0/45 and last quarter EPS Rs.1.29.

First two shareholders will sell out at Rs.22/20 once they received CBSL approval.

Of course once changed the ownership entity might worth more than Rs.22/- but still we don't know the exact plan.

What we need to figure out is how much this will be worth after the merge with DDFC. So need to see what DDFC's capability and it's potential been brought into GSF.

So we might see something that we might unexpect.
