KHL declared a first and final dividend of 0.30cts per share in 2012.

But this is Interim Dividend. Few months back this was came around 15 with good Q profit and now it went up to 16 and now they announced a divident. I asked from my broker yesterday to sell but he told me to hold and its possible to go up in future (my broker is Jhon Keells Stock Brokers and I think they are the best brokers to get advice about Jhon Keells Group)

I holding this share for more than one year. This is only my peraonal ideas.

According to the interim financial report for the period ending 30th June 2014 the highest traded price of a share is 16.10 and for the same corresponding period in 2013 was 13.70

According to its annual report of 2012/13 the occupancy rate of Sri Lankan sector improved from 60% in 2013 to 75% 2014 and the Maldive sector improved from 86% in 2013 to 91% in 2014.

This confirms the share price is on an accent and will improve quarter by quarter.
