Now they have two operational properties Citrus Hikkaduwa and Citrus Waskaduwa with a 250 of total room capacity. and also a significant stake in CLND via CITK
This group have not yet made any movement yet, that means we can expect rally in coming months.
I noted some interesting fact that VONE group gradually increasing the stake in REEF.N from about 5% in last annual report and now up to 8% according to the latest quarterly report, also note that VONE already owns 20 % of CITW.
I would like to know how is the financial position of DJ; has he perished like PCH Rishan, with this massive margin play.
If DJ is going to bankrupt, will KDDP controlled VONE group will acquire REEF group as well, This is just a speculation with evidence of developing conditions I mentioned above, esp the highlighted one ,
I feel like entering the REEF.W19 will give some handsome results. In a bull market with a hotel sector rally, if REEF.N starts to move, W.19 can even touch Rs. 10.00 which is not an unfamiliar territory for this warrant in the past.
