No one even cost  .90 cents.  If some one want to sell BIL at  break even price he/She  should sell at least above 1.40.
The IPO price of this share is RS. 5.00 . Net asset is 5.70

After the right issue, the net asset per share would be 3.475 (if all rights are exercised)

Yes. You are correct. After the right issue net asset will be reduced as you mentioned. If they use this Right money as mentioned and wisely they will be able to increase their earnings. Then after few quarters this share would be shining Very Happy

This is highest under value share in the market now. PBV is 0.26.
Market price has to be adjusted accordigly as company earning potention has been improved.finance cost will reduce this year with loan settlement.
What is NAV means if company liquidated, it is entile to get Rs 5.72 for one share you brought from market at Rs 1.70. So see the range of spread margine of actual value and market value.
Happy Trading!!!

NAPS before the Right issue is 5.70. Right issue is 1 for 1 and issue price is 1.25 then the NAPS after right issue (assuming all is excising rights) is as below
(5.7*1+1.25*1)/(1+1)=3.475

Dear no argument BIL is a gud investment. I am asking to get the best price to enter. If some one has bought this at 1.4-1.5 that is ok. But if you buy now at 1.7 for short term gain then be patient to enter. Allow some time to trade after the right issue shares listed bcoz millions of rights traded at 0.1 and 0.2. Those who bought rights at that price the cost would be 1.35. therefore, sometime those cheap selling will bring the bil to 1.5 to 1.6 level one more time and it would be very short term . The situation would be worse if the company issue additional shares whose cost then be only 1.25.
