What do u think.......dividend are coming on the way?

i have some points to clarify,

1. What was the source of income?

2. "PVIC Management Company Ltd" the management arm of Dunamis capital, ultimately, Janashakthi Ltd is the parent company. if they want to take income via dividend, why Schafters reduce their personal holdings?

3. public holding has increased from 24.10% to 36.93% while Major shareholder reducing its holding to 63.07% from 73.06%, which is nearly 10 Mn shares. also, One of the cooperate director Mr. Dinesh Schaffter has dump his all holdings. who is a director of janashakthi ltd, dunamis capital. but he contineuosly increased holding of CSEC and JINS in last 6 months.

4. why should they pay dividend? if they plan so, why Mr. schaffter dump his personal holdings but increaed via dunamis capital?

can you explain these 4 facts to me?
