I have collected some BLUE at 3.20 level thinking RSI is low. But it has come down further. Will it move up next week or should I dispose it? Appreciate your opinion... Sad

Loss is about 80000 Sad

Hold them. it will takes time to up. before december u will have a option.

Apparently u have bought about 300,000 shares. That's hell a lot of money to put at risk buying crappy shares like BLUE.

What is done is done. Am no expert and not good at giving advice but i would like to point u out a few things. To start with, u still have a hope left with BLUE. Mr. Xia Liqiang, the new Chairman has plans to enter the chinese market, which was originally restricted to Middle East. With the FTA coming up in next year, this might give a chance to earn some money with the help of tax concessions as Gems and Jewellery is included to the FTA. Blue is to take part in two biggest Exhibitions in UK and China very soon. Hope those to be productive. In addition to that, BLUE is planning to divert their sole focus from Diamond and related jewelleries to other precious stones and jewellaries. and they are presently operating at zero debt.

Public Holding of the company by 31st March 2014 - to the date of annual report - is 71.89%. The chairman holds 1.85M shares. Last years net loss was about Rs.36M with an accumulated loss of Rs.96M. net asset per share is Rs.1.03 compare to Rs.1.17 in 2013. Loss per share is 0.14 in 2014.

I see your joining date to the forum is as Sept 2014. u probably must have missed all the communication took place here in forum regarding BLUE and other similar crap - highly manipulated - shares. Investing in shares is of high risk. I would strongly suggest u to "read more" when playing with money here in stock market.

To put a concluding note, when dealing with penny stocks, technicals like RSI may or may not give the correct picture of how the share behaves and how the future will be. Penny stocks are mostly speculative. Speculators get panicked with in no time with the influx of some news and the share may go up or down by several notches either making u a millionaire overnight or pushing u to hang yourself and die.

This is not a buy/sell or hold recommendation and i personally own only 28 BLUE.X - left overs from an old lot. But under present condition, there may be a chance of at least a 0.10-0.20 hike in near future.

very kindof you Gune Malli to take the trouble to reply to Ashtear. I also got stuck on this a year ago. I hold around 250,000 if im not mistaken. I bought at 2.70 to average and last run sold that lot at 3.70. My initial lot was bought at 5!!! Im dead!!! Bad mistake. Never again.
