Think the probabilities to price to go up more will be 10%-20% max. To come down at least 80%.

So too much risk to be holding on.

I think other way. Some times can break 40 or even 50.
Because of,
Now Alufab is under Dammika Perera.
It is under Hayleys logo.
Strong Mangement.
Future earnings are confidence now.
All companies under Dammika's hand, will turn arround.
Future is promised now.
So, I think potential for upside with small pullbacks.

I feel tomorrow will be the pullback. So why taking a risk.

Sell off then buy later @ low if you want.

In a way you are correct, because Total number of shares 12 mn Hayleys has purchased 7.5 mn
only 4.5 mn shares with outsiders therefore any one can take this up.

In other way look at financial statement NAV is about 28/- out of that cash per share is 8/-, this is a wery good acquicision as Hayleys own ALUMEX, who produce raw material ALUF doing the end application "forward integration"
Reputed company like Hayleys and political character like DP can easily get the business.

ALUF having assets and ability other party will bring all other + factors to grow.

This share price will go up..... and never come back to the starting point you decide where it should stop at.

I can remember this kind of Acq. KOTMALA by Cargils, LAMB by another party..
