We are a group of share holders affected by this company ( PC HOUSE).

We are looking to contact all affected shareholders in order to determine a course of action
that may provide some recovery of losses to shareholders and or return back the company
to normal operations.

would like to contribute towards what we are trying to achieve.

Our objective is to establish what is the current state of affairs of the company and
What we could do to help the affected shareholders.

NDB misled the public by promoting this dud company in order to recover the bad loans , even at that time this company was not viable and affected people must sue NDB first .

If an investor has lost money in a company with good governance. It is acceptable. In case there is manipulation or doubt in that regard Investors should question and investigate.

there is a good phenomena appeared recently. Mr. Vigneswaran is giving a leadership. we all should support as far as possible.

We need more people to have a good governance of specially companies under CSE.

If anybody could provide me any information relating to good governance I welcome for my studies

that is one you must look before investing. if you don't like company directors don't invest. after that don't complain. simple.

if this group was concerned before they could have gone to AGMs and talked. Now too late. these people sleeping and now waking up and going around to ask help.
