Dear Experts,

What impact will it have on the share price? What is the difference between KAPI rights buying from the market and Applying for it from the company? Please advice

To apply from the company you need hold shares as at 29/12/2014 & on 09/01/2015 rights trading commences. The people who doesn't have money to purchase rights can sell their rights entitlement.

So others in the market can buy that entitlement & pay for the rights @ 45/- per share. Very Happy

So MR.RPPA is 70 good to enter now expecting a run in the coming weeks brfore 29th december ?

For Stocker & KASS

Kapi is good to enter @ 70/- or below. Don't try to trade on it. keep in you will get good returns later.

"one problem after the rights issue the share volume will be doubled & the EPS will be dialed"

I saw this on one post. So what is the impact on KAPI share price?

KAPI does not have that much volume in the market. Main shareholder holds more than 90%.

Say 28/12/2014 KAPI trades @ 70/-.
Then the next day due to rights entitlement share price will adjust to 62/-.

Im back after a busy & hectic work schedule for over a week..

Do you know why the PM is still disabled. Any reason bro.

Also im not Liquid yet, since i was out of market last week.

Q on KAPI,

I got KAPI @ 72.30,I believe the forms will be sent on 2 jan 2015 . And do you think its a gd idea to kp it till end of Jan without selling before the renunciation day.

Don't think about KAPI in short term.Look at it as a 3 month investment.There may be fluctuations between 66-72. Because some don't want to hold it till the rights date.

And other side also possible if demand comes in can go up to 80/- or more. So anyone plans to buy, buy part of your wanted quantity @ 70/- keep cash in hand in case it falls. Very Happy

Im a bit confused. Company announced rights issue in a proportion of 466 for 1000 shares. So, is it a must to have minimum 1000 shares to be entitled for the rights issue? experts please advice me.

No that is the proportion.

If you have 100 shares you will get 46 shares and so on.
