VONE, VFIN, LFIN should do well in long term. Specially keep an eye on VFIN. I feel it is a hidden gem. It will pick up when the time is right.

Guys!

Has anyone applied for Arpico Insurance IPO. I have subscribes for a little packet just to take a chance over the ill liquidity of the stock. Only 6 million shares on the board.

NAV - Rs 8

Company has made losses in the recent years. It continues. However losses are in a declining trend during recent years.

But the company trails around 1.5 times of the NAV which is below the par value of the sector ( 1.9 - 2.0 times ) Further company mainly does life business which is highly profitable compared to motor.

Just wanna hold it to it considering the ill liquid nature..........!

What you guys think as a long term investment since the profits are improving and trailing below the sector PE?

In the next phase SPEN will be equally expensive.
SPEN on a healthy pull back.

if you look for fast action, then this is not the type of share.

Guys,

I would like to add PARQ to my watchlist for 2015. Expected price is Rs 55/- and above in short run.

Why?

Company is doing extremely well.
1. Impressive growth in performance in recent Quarters YoY.

2. Continuously reducing Banks liabilities ultimately increasing NAV, Annualized earnings would justify the above price and above.

3. Highest profits generated in Q4 during last 2 years. Hence we can expect better results. Company has made losses in history. However after the takeover by Lanka Tiles, company is performing well.

4. Ill-liquid Share in the market and Dr Senthilvel is on top 3 shareholder list.

Considering all above facts PARQ displays signs to jump out of blocks.

Hi guys,

I just would like quote above for the mere information who followed fundamentally sound counters. I have calculated above pricing based on 10x forward PE(which is minimal risk), positive market sentiments, NAV and future prospects of these companies. That is why these counter especially gained more than 15% -25% after I have recommended and continue to gain. These recommendations has paid off many members in the forum.

However I still believe that market has a chance to break its negative territories further and be bullish in coming days. Therefore if anyone interested entering new position in above counter I would recommend to enter to gain this opportunity. However do not enter with 100% of your cash holding.( (Strongly advised) .

These are strongly recommended for Mid/Long term investments but not for trading.
