It is expected RICH would do well with KGAL and NAMU contributing to the bottom line.

The Chairman expected around 2.5 Billion Profit for Rich for the year. I was skeptical initially but looking at last quarter the figure might be quite close.

It is expected RICH will declare Rs 0.35 ++ EPS if there is no unseen hiccups. ( this is just my estimate I could be very wrong. Am assuming possible growth from last quarter.

Looking other plantation results KGAL should very well and NAMU also should follow.

Also links to SmallVille's analysis and Asha Phillips reports should justify further.

Who ever gave the - rep. Can you now justify why you gave it. If you do not like the post or RICH come forward and argue why.

Today i got a reliable information from one of my friend working in Richard Securities. He said that RICH has exceeded the target of 2.5 billion rupees. What he told me was their profit is 3 billion.

Disclaimer: Don't take this as a promotion or buying recommendation. Just want to share with you what he said.

If profits are 3bn
then RICH is worth about Rs. 25 at current PE. Very Happy

Trailling EPS 0.84
Current Price 13.5
Trailing PE (13.5/.84) = 16.1

So if profits are 3bn then EPS would be 1.55
Then price : 1.55 X 16.1 = 24.96 (84% gain)

if profits are 2.5bn then EPS : 1.29
Then price : 1.29 X 16.1 = 20.77 (53% gain)

KGAL is very much attractive at current stage, Last few days i could see some selling pressure. I got some information that some unit trust funds are on queue for the selling. Further the good news is Rubber Invest Fund ( CARS Group) is on collection...

Once the selling pressure is over We can have a good run from KGAL
