What you bought? i sold my 12Mn of JKH and COMB in last weeks. (which was kept for my margin requirements and investment PF) Now locked to 14 days repo.

In my view;
* No major share holder, 70% owned by public. For me this is not healthy.
* Recently purchased Padiyapelella Hydropower with a 635m loan (This loan amount is more than 50% of their equity). This has both plus and minus (revenue will increase, but incurring renovation cost and loan interest )
* Steady NP ratio over last 4 years that is above 80% (plus point).
* Steady EPS around 0.2 over last 4 years but has not increased
* Good dividend pay-out ratio (nearly 70%) and average 5% dividend yield (plus point)
* Large revenue reserve, they will do something with this money (plus point)
* another plus point is that hydropower will be our main power source for coming 10-20 years as we cannot afford to have a nuclear power plant. alternative power sources (solar energy etc.) will boom but takes time.

Decision is yours.
