They are the world's renown crooks, not bankers.
They have cheated all their customers who took loans on floating interest rates between 9-14 percent many years ago and did not reduce the interest rates when the AIBR and average deposit rates came down drastically in 2013, 2014.

In 2015 they have reduced the rates to 9.5 % but they did it under threat and many complaints by customers.

Cabbal was then the Govr. Of CB and they do not have a good policy or control on these commercial bank culprits. Evil or Very Mad
