When number of corruption files increases then ASI of CSE will decrease at same rate.

When the number of Corruption files increases and when there is no action at all, the ASI will come down. If they take swift action, then the market will be up. Ranil is a real sleeping beauty. First they have to change that Commissioner of Bribery, and bring a reputed person who can take quick action.
