when MR reduced the fuel price in December by 7rupees LIOC went crazy and dropped from nearly 70 to 58-59 but now when the price of fuel was reduced by nearly 1/4th ..... not even a slight change ...

yes i don't get it too..
MR reduced the fuel price & LIOC dropped..
MS reduced the fuel price & LIOC up.. Question

whats the theory ???
is it good to buy next week??
(I am new one to share market) Very Happy

Anush - When MR drops, no one knows how he drops and uncertainty was their (weather there will be a further reduction). But now every one knows that it is from Government tax and not from profit of LIOC. Also I think buyers know that the next quarter results will be very good and if you go through the stats: EPS 7.5, P/E 7.3 (all approx). For your question, uncertainty is always there. This price is good to enter. Please, please do your calculation and then enter. This is only my opinion and not a buying advice.
