People who bought KGAL before report released by expecting a rally after reports are now selling KGAL at lower prices. They sell KGAL not because of KGAL's performances but they have been panic due to RICH and NAMU performances. So i think this is the best time to collect shares of the biggest rubber producing company in Sri Lanka. Around 200 rupees would be great...

I love rubber. KOTA and KGAL is in good prices. I bought 201~202.5. This is a good buy in any aspect to me.

Can you remember it was the same when KGAL reported good profits in 2009/10.
I bought 7,000 @ 78.00-82.00, after seen the good report . To my surprise it gradually declined to 70s and then some people sold it even @ 68.00 . I was calculating my loss , it was nearing 1 lak.

I felt my heart beat increasing day and night , not because of the decline but due to my inability understand the behavior of the market.
Somehow, I did not sell, collected another 3000 @ 68/-.
You know what happened after few weeks/months.

I had this experience with KOTA and MAL. KOTA @70. MAL@65. stuck some times and after that, earn nothing with MAL. had to sold in doomed days. but with KOTA, you know?

hi chinwi.

the problem is people panic too much. but this is the normal pattern. last time also it declined. so this is no surprise to me. its better to wait and grab the opportunity. Namu's results was disappointing but KGAl had done well and also im expecting KOTA to produce some excellent results.

If somebody sell few thousand shares at bargain there are enough idiots to follow. Expected results were out. 35 rupees EPS. I think no body was expecting to have 40 or 45 EPS. When the results out one guy sold some chunks at low prices (may be to his wife) and there quite a few idiots to follow. So Price went down.
Any body who have sold KGAL after results out Could you tell me a reason why you sold it? I am not expecting the answer prices going down. Do you have any reason for prices to go down. This is what happened; you were expecting mega rally KGAL to reach 300 but after results out KGAL starts to going down.
Panic and you sold the shares. Thats the story.

I feel more reassured after what Chinwi said. I bought a couple of thousand at 225 after seeing the excellent results. That goes to lessons learnt now. Because I didn't consider the group effect. When Rich came down people must have panick sold.

When I bought KGAL before results comes out I swear to myself to keep them at least for 6 months. But now seeing this going down it's hard to resist clicking that sell button. Let's see if I have some self control Smile

I did that too, to make KGAL a long term investment , lets see... if all stuck in to it with that moral it may give us short term gains with increased buying momentum Very Happy

I also bought KGAL at 225 level before statement had been released. I knew that the KGAL the largest rubber producer in Sri Lanka would come with great results due to high rubber prices and the future for rubber will also be good, Japan is being recovered, Fertilizer subsidy etc... what i thought is still true but panic sellers are bringing price down and down. i think they don't know the real value of this share . it is definitely 250 + share...Let us wait and see,

Evil or Very Mad still i havnt collected kgal. hope to collect it by looking 2mos price action. (hope it wont come strongly below 200. panic ppl Rolling Eyes )

Well u said it mate.. I'm joining u in the same boat.. I dont see any rational in this market.. small ppl have no gain at all.. Reports are good so it has to go down for big ppl to collect.. and results are worse, so it has to go up so the same ppl can ext Wink

Hope the 200 is the support.. lets hope the market starts fresh tomorrow with a beginning of a new month..
