U r right jana.its a big mistake.Seems company didnt recheck the reports b4 published.
Have to double check the figures also Carefully.
Dont know this report is audited or not.Seems not audited.
Have to check the totals of all Q reports and should check whether tally to the yearlly figure.

yes k9 , they are rushing to published reports within the time limit otherwise they need to pay some penalty and its goes to default board as well.

So we can't trust them they did proper audit or not .. thats the reason they use the word unaudited...

any how this reports are right then ALUF can move to upward

Actually NAV = total equity /No of shares

31st mar 2015 NAV= 22.22

but

31st Mar 2014 NAV is 22.92 = 276,437,192/12,058,200

Pls add all the total Q net profit figures in 2014/15.it does not match to the final amount of 1,706,284.
Last 9 months loss is - 15,692,196.
Q4 profit figure 12,300,759
Year profit 1,706,284

Hi jana, these reports are not audited. As you, mentioned they have realeased this to escape transfer to default board. Thats a good movement. Its not like before. How ever what about net book value. Thats most important i believe.( Assets - depreciation).

This should reach Rs40 levels or close to Rs40 levels very soon coz what is important in investment is not the past earnings or current earnings. It is the future reanings that matters........

I bought REXP at 37 level after analyzing its turn around waited about 6 months and due to a urgent requirement sold the entire lot at 47 level. nOw share prices touched 180 level and still there is a room to go up.

You need to wait and grow with the company slowly. So i would say keep your ALUFAB shares for another 2 years and see. ALUFAB will be overvalued when it pass 45 level but keep expecting good results in future. Still Hely.. didnt have much time to utilize the full synergy of this newly born child. Do not sell even it passes 50 level. Just see the 10 year summary sheet given in each annual report of all the companies belongs to DP. (VFIN,LIFIN,RCl an all) All the companies show continues growth...........

ALUF cash holding per share is around Rs12/.Net assets value per share around 24
ALUF has a good future Cash balance is more than 140 mn no debt
