actually these kind of comments/post comes from new comers who expects to double triple quadruple their investment over few days; ending up buying rights above the share price.

Two things that I'm worried about this company,

1. Heavily geared,more than 3 times loans compared to equity

2. Private placement was done at very cheap rate,each share costing 7.20. IPO price is 4 times higher.

Do more study on the prospectus and read the posts here also. ultimate decision is your, win or loose it's your money

After IPO 1st will be irrelevant because funds will be used to settle debts but 2 will be highly relevant.

Their loans amounts to 8.75bn including a massive OD.

The IPO total vales is 4bn which is less than the half of the loans.

AP is a renowned personality for heavy borrowing, objective of the PP also to retire debts,but what he did was, he borrowed more leveraging on the money infused. I don't expect the softlogic to use the monies to retire debts, infact they will borrow more and more

Be careful..! This share is overpriced and there are shareholders who have purchased for around Rs7.

Downloaded the prospectus yesterday. Seems like it's a good time to read it first.
Thank tinyman. And this get listed in diri savi means only 6 monthly reports.

Look like this will be a company that will never pay a dividend.
