Overseas Reality (Ceylon) PLC - OSEA
My recommendation for OSEA is to buy between Rs. 23.00 – Rs. 24.00 range (if possible) after the new shares which are converted from rights are published in the market. OSEA is a share which satisfies all the three key basic triangle principles of Fundamental / Sentiment and Technical.
Note: In case if the share price touched below 23.00 then technical charts will give you a sell signal, but don’t panic because you still have other two segments of the triangle very strong so that consider it as a bonus and collect more.
I don’t think it will come below Rs. 23.50 unless who bought rights at 1.60 and converted to shares with margin account and sell at a loss.
I saw many promotional posts of OSEA when it was at 26-27 levels projecting it will touch 30-33. But this is a real time for us to show the members to invest their hard earned money in a solid stock at a reasonable price.
