I am very Happy bcoz my target break today SFL.P 12.00 + Very Happy

SFL.P before split i bought 10,000 at 59.00 (after split in my account 100,000 at 5.90 ) Very Happy

today I Sold my total Qty at 12.00 Rupees , double profit for me. Very Happy

SFL.P will move up continue...........but for me enough profit that'swhy i sold today at 12.00 Very Happy

The loan facilty obtained to purchase the property last year was little bit high for their business.They will not in a position to continue with repayment of Rs1.0bn loan in future. Hence the options company have is,

01.To sell the property acquired last year with a profit of Rs800mn.(This will not happen since the location of this land is important since it in a prominant place and the value of this land may incease three folds in couple of years.

02. Sell the other idling assets. as per AR they were looking to sell ware house complex of the company.

03.To sell ONAL stake. CFT have a good stake in ONAL. my personal thinking is the if they have a buyer (Rumor - Laughs) best thing is to get the sale done and keep the properties with them.If they managed to sell ONAL @Rs100 that would be a great price and it is worth to Laugh as well.

04.Proceeds of sales would help to wipe off the borrowing from the balance sheet as well to give a further strengthen to it.

05.Can expect a good dividend to the share holders as well since most of shares are owned by the directors of the company.

Day by day volumes are drying up. This will be a most wanted share in CSE very quickly. Will deliver a good capital gain for all the share holders.
