@jana .as you correctly predicted SEMB voting reached its price..
But I observe Non voting did not move comparatively voting may be due to few sellers at 40 cents
Due to that reason SEMB NV remains most cheapest in CSE
With the collected money form rights issue following possibilities are there
1 Apply for license for a Finance company
This will significantly change the business module
2 .increased profits With new capital
3. Possible merger with industry player as encouraged by regulator.
4.Taken over by a large industry player as remoured by some

This is not crap share and it has paid a dividend recently and high possibility in paying high dividend yield as more than 60 % owned by a single share holder

Nonvoting shares are also not bad at this price,

compare with the Voting share price 0.90Cts you can buy 3 nonvoting shares at 0.30cts

so you can make a good profit even it's cleared at 0.40cts.

SEMB N will pass 1.50 soon that time NV reaches 0.50cts 0.60cts ( If someone plan to collect NV also then it will trade close to Voting price level)

We never know anything can happen in CSE

Now as I mentioned SEMB .N reached 1.50 and X reached 0.50cts

Exactly 2 Months time now when I said 0.90cts now 1.60 ..70cts profit.. nearly 77% profit..

you guys believe or not SEMB is still in the Collection process .. SEMB N should go further 2/=

at this stage SEMB.X also good this time X also going on collection so ..if it is happen then X will reach 1/= soon

Now SEMB is Rs 1.3 again. SEMB.X is Rs 0.4. SEMB.N vs SEMB.X is the most discounted N vs X gap in the market ( worse than CDB.N vs CDB.X), but CAREFULLY NOTE that it does not mean SEMB.X can run a lot more to close the gap . It does not work like that always.
For one , SEMB is very much overvalued right now to start with.
It is share with NAV of Rs 0.33 ( 33 cents). Earnings? Not a penny per share even.
This run was a speculative penny share pumping and dumping.
Also note that SEMB made massive mistake with the Non Voting ( X share) many years ago flooding the market with too many shares.
One has to move 100s of Million of this, so it not easy.
Warning:
Just dont buy things just because they are cheap, not knowing the background.
Any share can be pumped and dumped ( almost any share except a few), if manipulators get in.
So we cannot predict top prices a share can reach . Same with SEMB. So even these Rs 2 or any price
targets can come true if manipulation happens. I cant predict agendas of manipulation.
But I can only tell you on the the share value and warn that after such a pump up , with time the share price
will drop to it correct value ( or lower).
If you buy at the top you will hold for a long time and possibly never profit after 5 years of holding even.

Mostly nobody notices these shares (N, X) is good ..

Still, they are thinking SEMB is Crab but not like that

everyone will chase this stock when it's traded at a high price .. not ready to buy at low??? in October also I mentioned to buy at 0.90cts

SFL flying also after some news..... so like that SEMB may go over 5/= few quarter reports or confirmed progress

Not even cent . If this can increase there performance by 25 times . We can justify current level. .
(I don't think with players like LFIN/Lofc / Cfin they can do it .

SEMB has a lot of potential this time,, after rights are converted and the one major shareholder take control of the company
