Dear investors , As we all know Dhammika Perera is the big fish in the market having 550 net worth just one step ahead to Captains ( both Sohli and Rusi ) whose has got the 2nd
Apparently Dhammika cannot be beaten for next few years, but Captains can make their move with big stocks like JKH , COMB and etc...
If they play well DP's shares may give unexpected returns. My personal belief its time to follow captain from November onwards ,

DP's helm will be slowly diluted under present regime and HJ will slowly creep in.

I don't think so.DP established his companies.His tile companies will overcome evenif import tax reduce to tiles.Wait and see next 3 quarter results of RCL,LWL,Lanka tiles.LB finance,VFIN are leading financial companies and would perform well next 3 quarter whether interest rate increase or decrease.Need not to say about VONE since it is holding companies of those and some good shares of SAMP etc.

I don't think white van threatening happen to DP in Yahapalanaya.So nobody can block DP company progress.

I observe following incidents which may have impact on DP's empire.
Tax implemented on Casino and related business.
Possible tax reduction on import of tile and related products.
Interference on DP business model specially by RK.
Even though white vans will not appear for elite class business community it will affect in differently disguised manner.

And would like to add some facts too
DP is very good at PUMP AND DUMP game, but I dont think that he is smart like same in TAX game,
With the new goverment he cannot enjoy the same as he had with MR, Captain and HJ are keen in tax game since they have been doing this for long time than DP. by theway DP is not a fool, will see...

Casino tax won't affect RCL,LWL,Lanka tile,LFIN,VFIN,VONE
DP tile companies Giant,established their brand name and diversified also started business overseas.It will affect if RK put different tax for DP tile company.It won't happen in Yahapalanaya national government.
DP's progress cannot be stopped by common tax or anything except white van or thuckery work.It won't happen in this Natinal government evenif RK want.

When the Budget presented everything will be upside down. If tax removed for tiles DPs tile empire will loose sales with increased competition. If JKH.N starts moving up Captain will climb to top. and HJ is waiting in the corner to start his innings next

I think they will become active sooner than later. Don’t forget there are few more investors like DP, Caption and HJ. They also have some of the big investments in Sri-Lanka. Everybody has their own strategy. They will invest or buy stocks that they like and that they know very well. On top of that government institutional investors also should become active sooner than later. We don’t know what they are going to buy and how they are going to invest. We have to guess.
