Guys isnt this the case with current situation of BFL .This is an excerpt from a good book.What do you all think ???

Book should be correct...But scenario here is different...

This is just happening because of ETF started to sell on day after releasing results...

Guys....
Now BFL is a solid company which is having great future outlook with sound finnancials numbers.So do not worry about these daily fluctuations...You are not holding a crap... Wink

Time to time people are taking profits.

So it will start its Journey very soon...

If we had followed BFL from the beginning of the current uptrend it had different personality and behaviour to other two stocks in the poultry group such as GRAN and TAFL. I saw more momentum on TAFL over other two this time. More momentum in TAFL may be mainly due to good performance during bad period.

Have you noticed every time when BFL reported quarterly earnings, there were initial spike and then faded away in the short run before it went up again? For example after sometimes when they announced first attractive earnings initially it went up above Rs.120 and there were some big selling and it came below Rs.120. Later it broke its key psychological prices levels Rs.140 and Rs.150. Similarly there were selling before Rs.200 as well.

On valuation BFL is one of the attractive stocks in the market now. I believe after this pause it can move further due to strong outlook and attractive valuation couple with bullish outlook in poultry group locally as well internationally even in 2016.Key prices to watch are Rs.250 and Rs.260. Value investors will ignore all types of prices as long as they see great value.

In addition, we have to keep in mind as long as bull market is there stocks prices will go up. We should see one of the very active markets from November 2015 to June 2016. We will wait and see. In a strong market many stocks will go up. We should identify them as well. There are varieties of stocks in the market now.

As long as grain prices stay low globally grain elevators and global consumers will benefit lot. When can we expect higher grain prices again? In 2019/2020 or some other year? There could be very short term spike(bear market rally)or volatility time to time in commodity bear market due to different types of commodity traders globally. We have to do more study to take better decisions.

We have to sell a stock if the report is bad! In this case September Report on our hand is very good. Isn't it...? (Dear Wolf Of CSE, What is the position of the Sep report of BFL?) I think, As an Investor we must invest for 2-6 Quarters! As Mr. Valuepick told, Coming 3 Quarters will be very good to CSE! So... if we hold our GOOD STOCKS for a 3 Quarter, we can get a good gain.

This is my opinion... not a promotion!
