Do not panic attacks because u post it 87 level don't buy it after so many people sall til 65 but I said do not panic is it lie check my other post. Now all hexp members have a good opportunity it will come optimist up to you. 

This is my option u have a chance I don't say buy or sell. Is this post u will understand after try to get good decision.

Cost of raw material could be a big problem now and in future, mainly for large scale companies.

Lot of small scale and medium scale coco producers have emerged in Coconut cultivation areas.

The main business is producing various eco friendly fiber and potting material for agriculture and other uses in developed countries.
Now, price of a coconut husk has risen to 7.50 in some areas. They collect a plucked coconut @ 25/- - 30/-  and removed husk  is worth 5 -7.50. After cutting they sell the outcome from 1.5 - 2 husks @ 20-22 Rupees to exporters.  (local price)  

Almost in every village you can see one or two locally manufactured husk cutting machines in operation.


Price of husk cutting machine is around 80,000 - 100,000 LKR.
They cut coco husks  into small chips and supply to exporters. Many number of successful exporters are there now in Sri Lanka in this business.
They , with low overheads get more profit and are capable of paying higher price for husks.  

Hence competition for raw material is increasing.

 Compared to the business of REXP ,   HEXP's business is easier to be penetrated by small scalers  with low technical knowhow and with less financial strength.
