Interest rate hikes are coming. Most members of the Federal Reserve now believe the US economy could sustain a historic rise in interest rates as soon as December.

Minutes of Fed policymakers latest meeting, which were released on Wednesday, showed that “most” participants felt that economic conditions to allow a rate rise “could well be met by the time of the next meeting”. The next Fed meeting is on 16 December.

Continuous cycle of changes to economies goes on forever causing benefit or adverse effects to other economies. Apparently rate hike of .25 to .50 basis points would not harm much at the beginning but gradual increase over years it would be.

We can see how the CSE reacts on such external factors after possible rate hike. Without much considerations of biased comments, market is to be continued as usual in meeting seasonal trends. However, should not be forgotten the strength of manipulators can create unpleasant market situations effortlessly.
